I have written many games that have never seen the light of day, and this is one of them. Don't truly remember how much time was spent on its development, but it was written to supersede the popular game of Empire on the Atari. The main reason for its demise was due to the fact that I never got around to writing the AI routines. I did contemplate releasing it as a Play by Mail package, but dismissed it because that was not my original vision. It was therefore filed away and forgotten. Again, this was one of the titles that got trashed when my Atari HD crashed.
